My physical therapist recommended this for relief of my back pains and they are perfect. If you are in need of relief from back pain and you think you need moist heat then this is the heating pad for you.

I would never recommend doing business with this company. "PAIR (2) Duro-Med Therabeads Microwavable Moist Heat Pack Standard 9 x 12 with cover scented" came without any covers. The customer service was really bad as well, they basically told us

I AM ALLERGIC TO SCENTED THINGS SO IT WAS SOMEWHAT OF A DISAPPOINTMENT WHEN I FOUND OUT THAT THE NEW HEATING PADS WERE SCENTED. I REALLY LIKE THE PRODUCT AND HAVE BEEN USING IT FOR YEARS FOR RELIEF OF MY BACK PAIN BUT I WISH THEY AREN

THE HEAT ON THIS PAD IS GREAT, IT REALLY GIVES YOU A LOT OF BACK PAIN RELIEF. IT RETAINS HEAT FOR A WHILE WHICH IS WONDERFUL.
