Shipping & Handling Times

Orders are generally shipped within 48 business hours after they are placed** however, we aim to ship even sooner than that.

For all orders within the continental United States, delivery time is approximately 5-7 business days, excluding the above noted handling time. Orders outside of the United States, or in areas which are difficult to deliver to, can take an estimated 14-18 business days plus handling time (excluding any time to pass through customs*** and immigrations.) to be delivered to you.

Shipping & Tracking Methods

All standard shipping orders within the United States (with the exception of difficult to deliver areas, including: APO/PO Boxes), are shipped via FedEx Smartpost. This means that FedEx picks up your package from our warehouse, and delivers it to your local post office. Your local postal courier then drops it off at the shipping address which you provide! All FedEx Smartpost orders may be tracked here.

Orders shipping outside of the United States, or to APO/PO Boxes within the U.S., are sent via United States Postal Service International Priority Mail. All USPS orders may be tracked here.

Occasionally, when an area is difficult to deliver to, or a high-ticket item is purchased, we ship via UPS Ground, to ensure a safe delivery! All UPS Ground orders may be tracked here.

Free Shipping Exceptions

We do not offer free shipping deals to Hawaii or Alaska. We neither offer free shipping for oversized products.
