It has a strong foam smell but will go away if you air it. It takes some time to get used to this pillow. Overall recommended.

The pillow reduce my snoringfor the first three weeks. After that it losts it's shape and ability to support my neck. I can only suppose that either mine was a defective foam or they're all the same.

I thought that I was getting a firm, quality product. Unfortunately, I got something that LOOKED like the advertised product. Mine was made from the cheapest foam. Don't be fooled, between the restocking fee and the shipping costs, you'll be out an additional $10. Why bother?

I bought this so that my wife will not be disturbed by my snoring. The pillow seems to work but I feel uncomfortable with it.

This product is a godsend. These pillows have a design that can support my neck comfortably and eliminate my snoring. I would not trade them for the world.
