- I bought the Obus Ultra Forme because of back soar and leg pain. Two things of note: Maybe it is not as good for shorter individuals and the thickness of the support hinders my ability to rest my head on the head rest. If you have neck problems, it is just something to keep in mind. Overall, I think this is a great product. It is adequately cushioned and provides nice, firm lumbar support.
