This package features a CD- Room where you will give your details (height, age, and weight) for the computer to process the right information and give you pint-point accuracy to your routine. You can start following the module as soon as the information is given by the program. As you get better, the program will adjust to your needs and will make the changes that you require for the next level.
The Customized Sport Training Package includes a Xertube, for stability; Xercuffs, for leg training; the Ultra Toner, targeting the arms and our Xercise Ball for abs exercises. This package was specially made for those into sport like soccer, golf among others; it will specially increase the muscular resistance to your body when following the simple steps in our CD program.
