Order Packaging
Orders are shipped with UPS or the U.S. Postal Service in plain packages. There is nothing written on the package about its contents.
Shipping
All orders are processed within 3-10 business days. Please allow sufficient delivery time with UPS or the Postal Service to receive your order. Occasionally there can be delays in receiving your order due to delivery delays. We have been shipping orders for over 5 years and guarantee we will give you the best service. Orders delivered to post office boxes are shipped via U.S. Postal Service priority mail. UPS will not deliver to a U.S. postal system post office box.
We do not offer free shipping deals to Hawaii or Alaska. We neither offer free shipping for oversized products.
