- Warning to athletes: This body fat scale does not have the athlete setting. It therefore cannot make the correct assumptions about bone density, etc. to give you an accurate body fat measurement. If you are athletic (10 hours+ of cardio per week and resting heartrate of 60 or less), this scale will not work for you. I bought this scale and it told me my body fat was a full 10% higher than it actually is.
