bad product, great customer service
I did not like this item at all. I did not expect this item to be what it is. This only works if you have a thin mattress, you cannot adjust the height properly. As requested by deluxecomfort.com I wrote a review for this item, the customer service department of the company called me and explained that their website recently went thru a revamping which was the cause of the mix-up. They offered a full refund and even did the additional research to find the product I originally wanted. This item gets a 1 star rating but DeluxeComfort
