Heating Instructions

Therefore, you must always cautiously check how hot it is by pushing the pack slightly on the palm of your hand before applying. To use it as a hot pack, heat it for 15 seconds, knead, and then keep heating at 5 second intervals until it reaches the desired temperature. Don't forget to knead after each heating.
