SWEDE-O INNER LOK 8 ANKLE BRACE. Sold by each. Available in small thru x-large sizes. USE: Ideal for sports and to support weak or injured ankles. SIZING: Size according to US shoe size. Small - Men s 6-7 / Women s 7-9 Medium - Men s 8-10 / Women s 10-11 Large - Men s 11-12 / Women s 12-13 X-Large - Men s 13-14. HOW TO APPLY: Wear brace over sock. Slip foot into brace. Tighten the Inner 8 straps for a secure fit. First, adjust the inside strap until snug and repeat with the outside strap. Tighten laces from bottom to top. Retighten InnerLOK 8 straps for an even and comfortable fit. CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Hand wash in cold water with mild soap. Wrap in a towel to remove excess water. Do not twist or wring. Air dry away from heat. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach.
