Heating Instructions

You should always knead your Hot & Cold Comfort Pack 3x5 every time you heat it. Remember that microwave ovens are not all the same, so you must be careful when heating and taking the pack out the microwave. Besides, keep in mind that overheating the pack can cause rupture and/or leak. Therefore, you must always cautiously check how hot it is by pushing the pack slightly on the palm of your hand before applying. If your Hot & Cold Comfort Pack 3X5 has punctures or is broken, you should discard it.

To use it as a hot pack, heat it for 15 seconds, knead, and then keep heating at 5 second intervals until it reaches the desired temperature. Don't forget to knead after each heating.
