Herbal Neck Wrap
In the microwave: Heat in microwave for 1 to 3 minutes. If microwave does not have a turn table, flip the Herbal Neck Wrap over 1/2 way through heating to avoid burning. Remember to remove insert from shell before microwaving.
For a moister heat: mist with water before heating. Misting also increases life of the herbs by preserving freshness. When reheating, if Herbal Neck Wrap is still warm, heat only for 1 to 2 minutes to prevent overheating. Heat lasts for approximately 45 minutes. Heating for more than 3 minutes at once could result in overheating or burning. If pack seems too hot, let it cool prior to use.
In the oven: Heat oven to 350, wrap Herb Pack in tin foil. Heat for approximately 15 minutes. Do not oven heat products with velcro, as velcro may melt. Customers with pre-existing conditions (ie: diabetes) should consult a physician prior to use. Heating times may vary depending on microwave.
Warning: Do not overheat. Overheating may cause burns and will destroy the herbal contents. After heating, do not leave unattended or around children. Remember, not all microwaves are the same. If you are not sure how long to heat your herb pack, less time is better, until you know.
For a Cold Pack: Place in a plastic bag and place in freezer for 1-2 hours. Pack will stay cold for up to 45 minutes. To preserve freshness of the Herb Pack: Store in plastic bag in a cool dry place. To Clean: Wipe with damp cloth, lay flat to dry.
