Directions
Place your Heart Aromatherapy Pillow in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Massage and after heating to disperse the heat and avoid hot spots. If more heat is desired, reheat for 30-second intervals only.
Due to microwave variations, we recommend testing the heating time necessary for your microwave and your personal heat tolerance.
